Vacuum table

A choice of bed types including vacuum table, T-slot or hybrid options for flexible work holding.

Optional pneumatic table reference pins allow quick and precise positioning of material.

Automatic tool measurement

A standard feature of Kimla routers is the automatic tool length measurement. The machine will routinely measure the length of a tool for high precision depth machining. The machine can be set to measure only when a new tool is loaded into the changer, or routinely after every tool change.

Automatic tool changer (ATC)

Linear tool stations at the back of the working area hold up to 10 tools, while gantry mounted rotary changers hold up to 16 tools. Combine one or more tool changers for storing up to 30 tools.
