SCM L'invinsible TI 7

For the ultimate in spindle moulder technology and operator comfort, the L’invincible TI 7 is the absolute top of the range, no compromise option from SCM. HSK 63B rapid tool change, inverter driven spindle, linear precision guides for shaft movement and powered automatic “FAST” table section setting are all included as standard. 

Controlling this beast of a machine is simple and intuitive thanks to the “Easy Touch 12”, an eye-level 12” colour touch screen. With powered electronic adjustment the operator can set the spindle height and tilt, table section dimension and fence position all from the touch screen. Once set, the positions can all be saved including tooling information for quick recall at a later date. 

The SCM L’invincible goes one step further with automatic tool detecting. Complete with mobile electromagnetic readout, the machine will identify the tool installed on the machine and then, through the “Easy Touch 12” will bring display all saved programs relevant to that tool, the maximum tool speed, limit powered movements to avoid crashes and zero point the machine on three separate points on the tool profile.
