SCM L’invincible SI X

Topping off the flagship range of sliding table panel saws from SCM is the L’invincible SI X. The SI X features two way blade tilting allowing a full capacity 550 mm diameter blade to fit fitted in conjunction with the optional 160 mm scoring saw to move through -46° to +46° of tilt.

SCM’s no compromise approach to this feature rich model continues with “EASY TOUCH 12” electronic control – the brain of the machine. A full 12” colour touch screen mounted at eye-level above the working area allows the operator to access all machine functions and moving axes; blade tilt, blade height, rip fence movement, scoring blade lifting and lateral movement (if option selected) and main blade rpm. Any combination of settings can be intuitively set, saved and quickly recalled for repeat work with a memory capacity for 999 programs.

Standard on the SCM L’invincible SI X are 3 separate LCD digital readouts for the crosscut fence. Each stop wirelessly communicates with the EASY TOUCH control to tell the operator where each stop should be positioned in respect the fence angle and blade tilt. The system is complete with a telescopic roller support that extends up to 2400 mm.
