SCM DMC SD 10

The SCM DMC SD 10 is ideal for woodworking and joinery firms looking for a compact calibrating and finishing sander. Equipped with a single combination head (roller and pad), the machine can be set to calibrate and or finish in one pass.

Setting is simple and intuitive with powered automatic table positioning; offer the workpiece up to the machine and it will detect the thickness and set itself accordingly. The feed belt is made from natural rubber with a diamond shaped tread for maximum traction. Floating rubber-covered pressure rollers positioned in front and behind the sanding head ensure the workpiece is secure throughout the sanding process.

A range of options allow the machine to be tailored with increased motor powers, optional rubber or steel calibrating roller, infeed and outfeed support rollers, pneumatic roller/ pad selection and oscillating belt cleaner.
