Salvador SuperStop

The Salvador SuperStop is a versatile, programmable automatic stop system designed to significantly enhance productivity and accuracy in crosscutting operations. Compatible with the Salvador SuperUp semi-automatic range of crosscut saws and easily adaptable as a standalone solution for traditional radial arm crosscut saws, the SuperStop delivers precision, flexibility, and ease of use.

Key Features:

• Flexible Modes: Operates seamlessly in both stop and pusher modes. In stop mode, quickly and accurately position material for manual cutting. In pusher mode, automatically advance material through programmed cutting sequences, optimising workflow and accuracy.


• Advanced Technology: Equipped with a user-friendly 7-inch colour touchscreen control panel, operators can effortlessly manage cutting lists, recall dimensions, and monitor progress. The integrated USB port enables easy importing of cutting lists, even from CAD software such as Cabinet Vision, while an optional printer can automate labelling of finished parts.


• Robust Construction: Built with a reinforced painted steel structure and anchored securely to the floor for stability, the SuperStop includes a durable aluminium positioning plate and carriage running on maintenance-free, recirculating ball bearings with tempered guides.


• Reliable Performance: Powered by a high-efficiency brushless constant torque motor and driven by a reinforced toothed belt transmission system, the SuperStop ensures consistent accuracy and long-lasting performance in demanding production environments.


• Ease of Integration: Designed for quick integration into existing operations, featuring adjustable speed controls up to 30 m/min, ergonomic cycle start button placement, and a well-ventilated, vibration-resistant electrical box separated from the mechanical components for reliability and ease of maintenance.
