  The Wadkin JV 30″ Double Disc Sander is a heavy-duty, industrial sanding machine designed for accurate, high-capacity finishing in demanding workshop environments. Built to Wadkin’s renowned engineering standards, this machine delivers exceptional stability, precision and long-term reliability.

  Featuring twin 760 mm (30″) sanding discs, the JV provides a large working area for efficient material removal and fine finishing. As highlighted in the original Wadkin literature, the machine is designed to produce clean, accurate work with perfectly square or bevelled faces, making it ideal for pattern work, joinery and precision sanding applications .

  The heavy cast iron construction ensures smooth, vibration-free operation, while the large adjustable work tables can be tilted to accommodate angled sanding. This allows operators to achieve consistent results across a wide range of components and materials.

  With a DC injection brake for improved safety and control, the Wadkin JV combines traditional durability with practical features for modern workshop use.
