• Description

  The Wadkin EKA is a heavy-duty, high-capacity single-end tenoning machine, designed for precision, reliability and high-output production in demanding woodworking environments. Renowned for its robust construction and engineering excellence, the EKA has been widely used in workshops worldwide for consistent, accurate tenon production .

  This 5-head configuration enables the machine to produce complete tenons—including shoulders, scribing and cut-off—in a single pass, significantly increasing productivity while maintaining exceptional accuracy. With the ability to handle larger section timber, the EKA is ideal for door, window and structural joinery applications.

  Each head is fully enclosed, delivering reliable power and long-term durability. Combined with Wadkin’s heavy cast construction, the machine offers outstanding stability and precision under continuous use.

  Fully Rebuilt to Daltons Category A Standard

  This machine has undergone a comprehensive Category A – Rebuild, restoring it to a condition that meets or exceeds original manufacturer performance:

  • Machine stripped down to the main frame and fully rebuilt
  • All key components inspected, re-machined or replaced as required
  • Bearings, drive systems and spindles refurbished or renewed
  • Electrical systems replaced and updated, including isolator
  • Safety systems upgraded in line with PUWER regulations
  • All drives, guides and settings tested and calibrated for accuracy
  • Machine fully repainted and finished to an as-new appearance
  • Fully tested to ensure performance meets original specifications
  • Supplied with a 12-month comprehensive warranty for complete peace of mind
