  The Wadkin BGY 3 is a compact yet highly versatile disc and belt sanding machine, designed for efficient finishing and shaping of components in professional workshops. Combining two sanding functions in one space-saving unit, this machine is ideal for joinery, furniture manufacturing and general workshop use.

  Featuring a 405 mm sanding disc alongside a 150 mm wide belt, the BGY 3 allows operators to carry out a wide range of sanding tasks—from edge sanding and squaring to contour and internal curve work. As highlighted in the original Wadkin literature, the machine offers a cost-effective, space-saving solution, effectively combining two machines in one while maintaining high production capability .

  The tilting table with adjustable fence enables accurate bevel sanding, while the belt unit can be used for both flat and curved work, providing excellent flexibility across different applications. Its compact footprint makes it particularly suitable for workshops where space is at a premium without compromising on performance.
