• Description

  The Reinecker WZS 70 is a highly versatile CNC tool grinding machine designed to cover a broad spectrum of tool manufacturing and resharpening applications. Positioned between compact toolroom grinders and fully automated production systems, the WZS 70 offers an ideal balance of flexibility, precision and automation capability.

  Engineered with a rigid machine structure and equipped with high-resolution direct measuring systems on all axes, the WZS 70 delivers excellent accuracy and repeatability when grinding complex tool geometries. Liquid-cooled direct drives on the grinding spindle and rotary axes ensure consistent performance, even during demanding production cycles.

  The machine is capable of processing a wide range of cutting tools made from solid carbide and HSS, supporting both manual operation and automated workflows. With configurable grinding wheel magazines, multiple workholding solutions and a choice of automation systems, the WZS 70 can be tailored precisely to suit mixed batch sizes, varying tool dimensions and changing production requirements.
