  The Phillipson CBS1 is a high-quality contour belt sander, designed for precise sanding of shaped, curved and profiled components in professional woodworking environments. Engineered for flexibility and accuracy, this machine is ideal for joinery, furniture manufacturing and specialist finishing applications.

  A key feature of the CBS1 is its dual-profile sanding capability, supplied with interchangeable flat and radius bars (15, 30, 40 and 50 mm). This allows operators to accurately sand a wide range of profiles, from flat surfaces to tight internal and external curves.

  The machine is equipped with a tilting work table featuring Accurtilt vernier measurement (±45°), enabling precise angle setting for consistent, repeatable results. Combined with a generous working area and height capacity, the CBS1 offers excellent versatility across a wide range of component sizes.

  With two belt speeds (15 and 30 m/sec), the machine can be easily adapted for both aggressive material removal and fine finishing, making it suitable for a variety of sanding tasks.
