  The Houfek Pony is a compact, high-performance wide belt sander, designed to deliver consistent, high-quality finishing for small to medium-sized workshops. Combining precision engineering with user-friendly controls, the Pony is ideal for joinery, furniture production and general panel processing applications.

  Available in 430 mm or 630 mm working widths, the Pony offers flexibility to suit a range of production requirements. The machine is equipped with automatic powered table positioning, allowing for fast and accurate thickness adjustments, improving efficiency and repeatability during operation.

  An integrated ammeter for the sanding unit provides real-time load monitoring, helping operators optimise sanding performance and protect the machine from overload. The inclusion of an electromagnetic brake enhances safety by ensuring rapid stopping of the sanding belt when required.

  Designed for consistent finishing, the Pony features a contact roller sanding unit, delivering uniform material removal and a high-quality surface finish across a wide range of timber and panel materials.
