• Description

  The Elcon 155 DSX is a heavy-duty, professional vertical panel saw designed for precise, efficient sizing of sheet materials in busy workshop and production environments. Built for accuracy and ease of use, this machine is ideal for cutting panels in wood-based materials, plastics and composites.

  Equipped with a pneumatic head plunge, the DSX ensures smooth, controlled cutting with minimal operator effort, improving both accuracy and productivity. The fully enclosed high-speed saw blade enhances operator safety while delivering clean, consistent cuts across a wide range of materials.

  A key feature of the machine is its automatic shifting back frame, which provides optimal panel support during cutting, reducing material handling and improving workflow efficiency. Combined with fast changeover between vertical and horizontal cutting, the DSX is perfectly suited to versatile, high-throughput environments.

  The inclusion of a programming rail and repeat stops allows for accurate, repeatable cutting—ideal for batch production—while the mid-rail fence offers additional support when working with smaller panels.
