Salvador Superpush 200 OPTIMUS Crosscut

Superpush is a true technological evolution. It is able to increase productivity, reduce staff overheads, and improve wood yield. Superpush 200 OPTIMUS is the result of over 20 years experience of working with end users, combined with innovation and continuous technological research. Operation is simple using the onboard computer. Just rest the wood on the in-feed conveyor, enter your cutting list and the Superpush will take care of the rest. With a pusher speed running up to 60 m/min, and a minimum cutting time of 0.2 seconds, the Salvador Superpush 200 is both fast and efficient.

Defecting is acheived through marking unwanted areas of timber with a magic  crayon. The OPTIMUS then reads the defects and re-optimises the timber according to the cutting list.
