Wadkin Series 5 1100RC Widebelt Sander
The Wadkin Series 5 RC range of Wide Belt Sander is the twin belt version of the standard Series 5 C range. The first head is a roller, followed by a combination head (roller and pad). Available in 910 mm, 1100 mm and 1300 mm with the option of individual motors to each head the Series 5 offers increased productivity with the finest finish.
An infrared sensor ensures that the conveyor belt is always centred on the rollers. Belt tensioning is by compressed air. An easy to use work piece thickness sensor positions the table automatically for quick through put. All machines are available with a host of options including segmented pad, vacuum belt for the conveyor, increased motor powers, touchscreen controls, planing block for heavy calibration are to name but a few.
