Fravol SMART 4 Edgebander
The SMART 4 is a hot-melt through-feed machine, designed to be compact, versatile and user friendly. Constructed from a rigid steel frame, complete with a double row of pressure rollers.
Hot melt glue application with 3 kg Teflon lined pot. 800mm diameter loading table, 0.4 to 8mm edging thickness (solid lippings), including end trimming (2 x 1200 rpm motors), top and bottom trimming units (2 x 12000 rpm motors), top and bottom scraping units, top and bottom brushing units (2 x 1400 rpm motors)
Fravol is a family owned Italian company founded in 1957 specialising in the production and development of high quality edgebanders. The range covers manually fed machines for pre-glued tape, up to high specification though feed edgebanders for heavy production environments.
