The Elcon DSX-L range of vertical panel saws incorporates the patented LIMPIO dust extraction system. This unique feature incorporates a collection tray behind the main sawing unit so that dust is removed from both the front and rear of the material resulting in an almost dust-free cutting atmosphere - essential when cutting plasterboard, MDF, etc.

The Elcon DSX-L is available in three standard frame sizes:-

155 frame size - 3300 x 1550 mm maximum cutting capacity

185 frame size - 3300 x 1850 mm maximum cutting capacity

215 frame size - 4300 x 2150 mm maximum cutting capacity

The LIMPIO system is available as a semi version allowing full use of the mid-fence when cutting horizontally or a full version offering maximum extraction benefits.

An automated cutting cycle can be included as an option (DSXE), taking the effort out of panel sizing. With a touch of a button the machine will position the saw head, plunge, cut and return to the start of the cycle. This can prove invaluable when cutting larger panels or tougher materials.

A dedicated scoring unit is a retrofittable option on the DSX but the standard double-cut scoring system is standard (a limited saw plunge depth enables a back cut followed by a full plunge resulting in a scored finish).
