Elcon ADVANCE DSX (manual) Vertical Panel Saw

The Elcon ADVANCE DSX provides a revolutionary way of working compared to a standard vertical panel saw.

Traditionally an operator would have to rotate a panel to square the edges before commencing with a cutting list.

The ADVANCE system clamps a sheet (or sheets) of material from above and lifts it allowing a reference cut to be made horizontally across the bottom of the material. A reference cut can then also be made horizontally across the top and vertically down the left hand side as one would with a traditional machine.

The panel (or panels) is now referenced to within 0.1 mm and ready to be sized - without having removed the panel once from the machine - all with minimal effort from a single operator, saving time, saving money, saving space, reducing injury.

The Elcon ADVANCE DSX (manual) is available is two standard frame sizes:-

185 frame size - 3300 x 1850 mm maximum cutting capacity

215 frame size - 4300 x 2150 mm maximum cutting capacity

The ADVANCE DSX model is capable of cutting single or multiple sheets up to a thickness of 80 mm. For automatic cutting cycle in conjunction with the ADVANCE system please see the ADVANCE DSXE.
